Dans la grande terrine, disposer une couche de pommes de terre coupées en rondelles, les viandes, les oignons émincés, puis une nouvelle couche de pommes de terre et les oignons. Mouiller avec le vin blanc. Fermer la terrine avec son couvercle et faites cuire&nbsp; au four pendant 3 heures (180°).
